After School Program 2026/2027 School Year
April 1st - 2026-2027 School Year Registration opens for current families
May 1st- 2026-2027 School Year registration opens up to families outside of our current families
April 1: For our Graduating Maven and current After School Program Families, it is time for fall registration. Please complete the following form for EACH child who you wish to register for our after school program this fall. Once we have confirmed your space we will be invoicing a nonrefundable deposit which will be half your child’s monthly tuition. This deposit will be applied towards your first month’s tuition.
We anticipate our program filling quickly. Please submit a registration for each child using the link below. Your child’s spot will be confirmed once we receive your deposit.
Transportation: We do not get confirmed bus routes from SPS until right before the school year starts. We will update you once we know which schools will bus to us. We have set up alternative van transportation for other schools and will notify you if your child falls in this category.
School-Age (K-5) Tuition:
Stem/Pathfinder: $460;
Roxhill, Highland Park, Arbor Heights: $600.
Gatewood, and Fairmount Park: $600 + $50 Transport Fee
