Floats
We utilize a float position within our team. Staff hired into this role are trained across all classrooms and age groups. Our goal is to develop well-rounded educators who can confidently step into any classroom as needed!
This approach not only supports the operational needs of the program, but also helps build strong relationships and a sense of community. Children become familiar with multiple teachers, allowing them to feel comfortable and supported, even when their primary teacher is not present.

Robin’s birthday is April 21 and loves anything having to do with the outdoors, sustainability, and fantasy.
